What You’ll Do

This offering unfolds in a mindful, trauma‐aware way, moving you through three essential phases:

  • Movement (TRE – Tension & Trauma Release Exercises): Begin by grounding in the body. Simple, natural tremors and release patterns help your nervous system unwind, giving you space to drop out of the thinking mind and back into the wisdom of your body.

  • Breath (Soma Breathwork): Next, we shift into rhythm. The breath becomes a vehicle for awakening the subtle body—your energy body—and opening up new layers of awareness. You’ll be guided through a structured breath‐cycle practice that invites clarity, release, and deep presence.

  • Assisted Energy Activation and Clearing: Finally, you’ll lie down in receptive stillness as we move into a supported process of energetic activation. Your own life force—your prana—rises, pulses, and clears the way for fuller expression of your truth, your inner light, your living temple.

Mywork is grounded in the wisdom of the five koshas—the five “layers” of being:

  1. Annamaya Kosha – the physical body

  2. Pranamaya Kosha – the energy body

  3. Manomaya Kosha – the mental/emotional body

  4. Vijnanamaya Kosha – the intuitive/wisdom body

  5. Anandamaya Kosha – the bliss or spiritual body

Together we move through these layers—allowing release, reclaiming energy, and coming home to our deepest essence.

If you come from a Christian background (or any faith tradition) and wonder how this fits, here’s the heart of it: This is not about any external deity, spirit, or system. It is about noticing the life force already flowing within you—the breath of the Holy Spirit, the presence of God in the body you already inhabit.

You are in a safe, grounded container. There is no calling in spirits, no “possession,” no loss of control. You remain fully sovereign. The work is your own. I simply clear what no longer serves you, invite what already lives within you, and support you in living more fully as your own sacred vessel on your journey home.

What to Expect on the Mat

You can observe profound shifts in awareness, increased clarity, heightened perception, greater intuition, enhanced self-empowerment, deep relaxation, somatic releases, and vivid visual journeys. This happens through the process of trust and surrender.

You may experience:

  • Tremors or shaking as stored tension moves out

  • Breath sensations: tingling, warmth, uplifted energy

  • Emotional release: tears, laughter, words or sounds that surprise you

  • Stillness, vision, clarity, realignment

  • A sense of coming back home to yourself

Once your body fully opens up to this energy, it may naturally want to move with the flow. The voice and tears may also flow as part of this opening. Allow this process to unfold without judgment. Remember, you have the ability to stop the process at any time by simply opening your eyes or overthinking it.

You will spend most of the practice reclined on the floor, so please bring anything necessary to ensure your comfort. It's advisable for participants to be well-hydrated and avoid having a full stomach.

I'll conclude by consciously dissolving any energetic cord or tie that no longer belongs to you, calling your energy fully back to yourself, and sealing the field so you walk away feeling clear, aligned, and sovereign.

What to Expect Off the Mat

These sessions delve deeply into your physiology and subconscious, leading to various experiences and effects.

You might experience an abundance of energy or fatigue as you integrate your journey.

Make sure to stay well-hydrated and nourished. I highly encourage journaling!

During the session, we've made significant progress in your neural networks and provided your body with a substantial dose of prana and healing homeostasis.

In the days following the session, you may notice increased levels of:

  • Energetic Integration

  • Vivid Dreamstates

  • Feelings of Peace, Calm, Patience, and Love

  • Dietary preferences may change

  • Enhanced Hydration needs

  • Energetic or Material Purging
