Reiki
Reiki is a wonderful energywork modality that can help aid in many different problems. Rei - Ki literally means Healing Energy. I was formally trained in Usui Reiki practices but over the years my sessions have grown in to my own. I most recently found Kundalini Reiki and it stole my heart. I incorporate it into so many facets of my life and my sessions. I regularly cultivate my energy body through the traditionally taught Shoden, Okuden, Shinpiden techniques, Kundalini Activation, SOMA Breathwork meditation, Twin Hearts meditation, Qigong and Christian prayer & worship. These all help foster a strong connection with spirit and with the healing prana that surrounds us.
