Libra Full Moon Sacred Circle & Cacao Ceremony

Exciting news! This Full Moon event is one of the first at the new Mindful Living Retreat Center in Cantonment where I will be opening my new office location as well. 

Full Moon in Libra Sacred Circle - Saturday 4/16 6:30-9:30pm

The full moon is a time of great energy. Lets clear our bodies and channel that energy in the best way possible! The seeds of new dreams are being planted and new power is being owned. A current astrological report will be given by Sarah Darville @delightfullytaboo, leading into writing prompts for change and enlightenment, Qigong to open up the body, quantum body clearing practice, and a beautiful manifestory SOMA breath meditation with binaural music to tie it all together and to cement your dreams to your reality. While still in that beautiful meditative space we will be lead into a formal cacao ceremony by Kristina @lionflowerhealth . Everyone will also get the opportunity for a personal mini tarot reading, and a chance to a sk any spiritual / religious questions that you need guidance on.

Please bring your own cup. Feel free to bring any personal spiritual tools and anything to add to the group altar. 

Please bring your own mat, bolster, pillows, and anything else to increase your comfortability while meditating.
