About the Event
Meditating and breathing together in community makes big things happen. Join me for a 1 hr Soma Breath Awakening meditation this Sunday that includes an intention setting, 4 rounds of Soma Breath, and guided meditation.
Preparations:
- Set your space. Go as big and intentional as you feel.
- You can choose to do the meditation seated or laying down, make yourself a comfortable space.
- An eye covering could be useful.
- Get some paper handy bc sparks of genius arent uncommon!
- Not on a full stomach please
- Have water handy
- Dont forget to bring your open mind and open heart !
